Lime Salt

This is lime salt the way it should be made. Baja Gold sea salt harvested from the Sea of Cortez, blended with real lime. No fillers, no anti-caking agents, no artificial citrus flavor.

Baja Gold is mineral-rich and naturally lower in sodium than conventional table salt. The texture is coarse enough to hold a rim but fine enough to dissolve on food. The lime is tart and clean without the bitterness you get from dried lime peel in cheaper blends.

Use it on:

Margarita and paloma rims. Michelada glasses. Ranch water. Any cocktail where you want bright citrus on the first sip.

What is lime salt?
