Lion's Mane Drink | Focus Zero-Proof Spirit
A lion's mane drink built for the glass, not the supplement shelf. This is a zero-proof spirit made with lion's mane mushroom, cinnamon, and cardamom. Creamy, gently spiced, a little earthy, with just enough natural sweetness to finish clean.
Most functional mushroom products ask you to choke something down. This one you actually want to pour. That was the whole point.
What It Tastes Like
Warm and rounded. The cinnamon and cardamom lead, the mushroom sits underneath as a soft earthy base, and the texture is creamier than you expect from something this light. It reads closer to a spiced cordial than a wellness shot.
How To Drink It
Two ounces over ice with sparkling water is the easy one. A splash of lime or lemon brightens it and cuts the spice.
It also works in coffee, in a mug of warm oat milk, or as the base of a zero-proof old fashioned with bitters and an orange peel. If you want more ideas, our mocktail recipes and our guide to what makes a mocktail work both apply here.
What's In It
Lion's mane mushroom, cinnamon, cardamom, and water drawn from the Ogallala Aquifer. Made in small batches in Nebraska. No alcohol, and nothing in the bottle you need a chemistry degree to pronounce.
Lion's mane is one of the most widely used functional mushrooms, and people have reached for it for a long time as part of a daily routine. We are not going to tell you what it will do for you. We will tell you what is in the bottle and let you decide. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, talk to your doctor before adding any functional mushroom to your routine.
The Details
750 ml bottle. Zero proof, no alcohol. Refrigerate after opening. At two ounces a pour, one bottle is roughly twelve drinks.
