Tonic Syrups

Tonic syrup is the part of a gin and tonic most people never think about. Get it right and the whole drink changes. Jo's is small-batch tonic concentrate, made with real botanicals and far less sugar than the bottled stuff on the shelf: 6 grams a serving instead of the 20-plus in conventional tonic water.

Two to pour. The Original is the classic: bright, bitter, and clean, the way a tonic should taste under gin or soda. The Orange Fennel leans toward an Italian spritz, with citrus and a soft anise note, made for sparkling water over ice.

You add the bubbles. That's the whole idea of a tonic water syrup: a spoonful of concentrate, soda or your spirit of choice, and you have a tonic, a spritz, or a mocktail that tastes like someone made it on purpose. Same idea as the rest of Stu's Kitchen. You stay in control of the glass.
