How to Make Bacon Salt

(This is a traditional bacon salt recipe, for a smoked bacon salt option, see below)

Bacon Salt Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry three strips of bacon until they are quite crispy.
    1. Don’t worry about overcooking. You want your bacon to be very dark and very crisp.

  3. Allow bacon to cool.
  4. Pulverize the strips in a processor by hand until they are fine and powdery.
