Wanting something new in your life? Or just wanting a different excuse to drink your veggies?
Try out a Bloody Carrot! It’s a bloody mary but we substituted the tomato juice for carrot juice.
In this particular case, we used Bolthouse Farms Carrot Juice and picked some up at the local Target.
Garnish:
You can use a pickled carrot, but honestly, we just went without getting fancy and no garnish was needed.
Because we used Stu’s Bloody Mary Mix, there really aren’t special instructions other than to pour and mix. We make it so easy for you, even we can do it. 🙂
The results?
It was much better than I had anticipated. The pickle brine in STU’S bloody Mary concentrate mix really brings out the sweetness of the carrots surprisingly well. It works great with the booze added, and also worked well as a virgin drink without alcohol.
Try it for yourself, and share on your socials!
