We’re assuming you’ve had a traditional bloody mary with vodka, but if you really want to step up the flavor game, try subbing out vodka for some Mezcal.

Mezcal is getting more trendy by the minute. And it’s easy to see why.

With the smokiness of mezcal, combined with Stu’s smoked jalapeno bloody mary mix, this is the bloody mary for those who want some extra smokey heat in their cocktails.

Tools Needed: barspoon

Glass: highball glass or mason jar

Garnish: pickled vegetables work great (Some of our favorites are pickled beets, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers)

Rimmer: Smoked Bacon Salt

Directions:

Rim a pint glass with the smoked bakon salt mix. Add the mezcal and lemon juice. Add ice and top with Bloody Mary mix. Garnish.
